How many People does the Function Room hold ?
120 sit down in day
200 at night
How much deposit is required ?
£500 deposit is required to confirm booking of Wedding date
When will final balance be required ?
Six weeks before wedding day
When will you need final figures ?
Two weeks before wedding so Chef can order stock in a week at the most
How much does a Civil Ceremony Cost ?
£250 for room hire with us and whatever registrar requires.
How much does the main Penthouse cost to Bride and Groom ?
We give The happy couple 25% discount on rooms for their Wedding night which brings it down to £217.50, or they receive a superior suite free of charge.
What drinks package do you offer ?
We offer a few drinks packages but one that I suggest is drinks package one which consists of Glass of Bucks Fizz on arrival , glass of wine with meal and glass of champagne to toast speeches
How much is corkage ?
Corkage is generally £5 per bottle
Who will be doing Master of Ceremonies ?
It will be the General Manager of each hotel.
Who sets up the Tables for the day ?
The General Manager of each hotel with the help of their restaurant staff.
Will the Wedding Co-ordinator be available on the day ?
Yes they will be at the hotel from before your arrival to when you go to sleep .
What time do you advise to sit down for your meal ?
Its advisable to sit down about hour and half to two hour after hotel arrival to allow enough time for photographs and to enjoy a drink.
What time can guests check in on day of Wedding ?
Its a 2pm check in on the day, if we can check guests in earlier then we will but only if rooms are ready.
What does the Hotel Supply for the day ?
All table cloths, cutlery, glasses, napkins cake knife, cake stand, Master of Ceremonies and two flower stands of white flowers
How many rooms in The Wild Pheasant Hotel ?
46 bedrooms available but we do have extra rooms at sister hotels The Chainbridge and Bryn Howel that are within Taxi distance.
Please note that although these answers apply mainly to The Wild Pheasant Hotel many of them will be applicable to our other 3 venues but it always advisable to check with your personal wedding co-ordinator.
My daughter Diane was married at Bryn Howel on 4th June, it was a lovely setting and a lovely day, and thank you all for helping make it suc a success, the meal and dining facilities were first class.
