We realise that you will want this special day to provide you with a memorable experience of a lifetime, so we spare no effort to meet your individual requirements. Whatever your budget or requirements we are here to provide a special day just for you.

Unlike most hotels we do not cater for weddings on a production line basis, absolutely everything is planned in detail with you to ensure that your day is tailor-made just for you. Unlike the majority of other hotels we do not add extras on top of goods or services supplied by outside companies, eg. flowers, table decorations, entertainment, etc. so you can have a wedding day in a 650-year-old magnificent stately home for the same cost as an ordinary venue.

Please feel free to come and visit, have a good look around and then discuss your requirements over complimentary drinks and home-made biscuits. The historic Bodidris Hall is over 650 years old (built in 1465) and provides a spectacular backdrop for memorable wedding photographs. A lake populated with swans and ducks, roaring log fires, baronial dining room and stone mullion windows combine to provide an ambiance that cannot be recreated in modern hotels.

The wedding suite where the ceremony is normally conducted has been completely refurbished by our owner who is a hopeless romantic. It is perfect for the occasion.

The Elizabeth Suite, where Queen Elizabeth I stayed, is included for your wedding night on a totally complimentary basis and is a spectacular suite for your first night together as a married couple. We want every aspect of your wedding at Bodidris to exceed your expectations.

Our team of award-winning chefs can produce anything that your heart desires.

We hold a marriage license so if you wish, you could also hold the ceremony in our special romantic candlelit wedding suite.

Our private owners are David & Stephanie Booth who live locally and after a life-time in business decided they wanted to bring high standards of service and food to hotels and restaurants in North Wales. Having owners who do not need to make a profit makes a big difference as the huge investment in refurbishment demonstrates.

Me and Mrs Jones, would like to say well done, our wedding reception was a huge success and what a lovely surprise it was playing 'our song' without anybody even requesting it, how thoughtful, first class meal and what a view!
